How to download and activate your plugins

Everything lives in your account: https://gringo-audio.com/en/account (sign in with your purchase email).

1. In Software, open the plugin's card ("View details"). 2. Download the installer for your system (Mac or Windows) and install it. 3. Open your DAW and load the plugin (VST3/AU/AAX). If it doesn't show up, rescan the DAW's plugin list. 4. On first open, activate with your email (same as the account) + the license key shown on the card.

Tips:

• Your key is always available in your account — no need to dig up old emails.
• Each license has an activation limit; manage active devices on the card ("Activations").

How to install and activate Magic Vocals (Revised)

1. Sign in to your account: https://gringo-audio.com/en/account (same email you purchased with). 2. In Software, open the Magic Vocals card ("View details") and download the installer for your system (Mac or Windows). 3. Run the installer and open your DAW. 4. If the plugin doesn't show up, rescan your DAW's plugin list ("Update Plugin List" in the plugin manager). 5. On first open, activate with your email + the license key shown on the plugin card in your account.

Good to know:

• The current plugin shows vendor "Gringo Audio", named Magic Vocals Revised. If you see "Chrys Gringo", that's the discontinued legacy build — use Revised for new projects.
• Formats: VST3, AU and AAX, inside your DAW (standalone mode was discontinued).
• Your key is always available in your account; manage activations on the card itself.
